• Eyewear may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
• Customised prescription lenses, contact lenses and opened accessories cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded after inspection.

• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• Please arrive on time. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible.
• Our in-store eye tests are screening services and do not replace a comprehensive medical eye examination by an ophthalmologist.
